The talk will take place at the Victor Harbor National Trust Museum. Join us at this seated event and hear about the conditions that impacted the health and wellbeing of the early settlers and later generations living around Encounter Bay. This event re-tells the decisions individuals, health care providers, local Councils and the State  made to improve health through to the early 20th century. An optional walk of 15 minutes will occur following the talk to see sites mentioned during the talk.


There is also the option to book for afternoon tea at the National Trust Museum following the talk. The cost for tea/coffee scones or cakes is $10. This option takes place  at 2.30 on Sunday 4th May and Saturday 31st May. To book this book the extra!
